The current Managing Director has decided that it may be time to seek an "Heir Apparent".   However, running a group of resorts is not for the feint-hearted.  You will need to be someone who lives and breathes their career, as the head of a resort group needs to be available 24/7/365, just as a resort is open on that basis.  The quality delivery of service stops at you and the quality of staff likewise.  You will need to have had extensive experience in the hospitality sector, more specifically in running either a group of hotels or a resort of a 4 or 5 Star rating.  English will be your first language and you will need to be degree qualified from a recognised and respectable tertiary institution.  Take on this amazing challenge in this idyllic environment.
