Keeping all the resort operations running in harmony gives the guests the comfort that when they need a service delivereed, it will happen.  Your responsibilities will be to ensure all areas of the Resort are operating to the standard of a four-star tropical resort, in particular the front desk, housekeeping and restaurants. You will monitor all policies and procedures and make sure they are being adhered to, and deal with any guests issues raised. You will need experience in a hotel or resort and most likely either have a logistics type of background or similar in a high end service environment.
