This resort is seeking a Reservations Manager who thrives on maximising room revenue as well as leading a team.  You will be responsible for maximising the sale of the resort inventory through all reservation channels including GDS and third party sites. This will include rate loading, analysing statistics, inventory control and identifying pricing initiatives.

You will lead the reservations team to drive sales and monitor and develop performance to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.  You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a focus on maximizing revenue and occupancy.

Ideally you will also have experience in a similar role in a smaller property or 4/5 star hotel or resort  Reservation or Front Office environment.
