As Assistant F&B Manager you will help the F&B Manager ensure that no guest departs with a negative experience.  In his/her absence, you will stand in and take over.  Your goal is to help consistently achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and utilise your best efforts in assisting with the management of the restaurants and bars to ensure that the resort's F&B sales are achieved in a profitable manner.  You will contribute to nightly entertainment acitiivties and assist in helping the resort achieve the expected  standard and nature.  You will also help with training and development in your respective area.  Appropriate qualifications and experience in a hotel or resort or recognised institution imperative.
