You will be the Restaurant Manager's right hand person, responsible for the day-to-day overseeing of restaurant staff.  Within this 4 Star resort and sister luxury resort, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your skills into other areas and ultimately be in the position to run your own restaurant.  You'll need the appropriate qualifications to allow you to supervise the staff in a way that they can learn from you and gain the skills to deliver the expected food and drink experience that 4 Star guests expect.  You'll also need to be highly numerate and be computer literate, and posses excellent staff mangement potential.
