After the meal and drinks are consumed, the final piece is paying or accounting for the experience.  It is important that you ensure the guest delight continues and that they leave with a positive feeling when they either have to pay or account for the meal. 

As well as strong people skills, you will need to have an eye for detail and be highly numerate.  From time to time you may be required to assist with other duties in the restaurant. 

This is a great role to step into other areas of the restaurant or potentially the wider resort.
