This role is one of the most important in the resort as your responsibilities extend beyond the dining room or restaurant into the buffet service and room service.  The total food guest experience will be your responsibility - from the moment the guest arrives for their reservation, to being seated, and how they are treated during the experience.  In the room, the time it takes, the meal preparation, whether it's hot or cold - the guest is always right and you need to make sure that their "right" is the standard the resort delivers.  You will need to have fulfilled a comparative role in a high class establishment and be used to demanding guests and customers.  Relevant qualifications necessary.
