As an experienced bar person, you will either have taken this step up, or be ready to do so.  The day-to-day, on the floor operations will be your key responsibility.  Making sure the team serve efficiently, and that the bar surroundings are kept meticulous are amongst the key criteria of you role.  Strong supervisory skills are essential and is the ability to mix and mingle with guests and ensure they are receiving the best possible standards of service for a resort of its type.
