As the wine expert, you will need to have intimate knowledge of international wines and the best way to enjoy the different varieties.  As well as being trained in serving the wine, your extensive knowledge will often be called on by guests who are used to drinking their own local wines.  Where do the best reds come from?  What goes best with fish?  I like cool red wine - which variety is the best?  From where?  You'll also give feedback to management to help maintain guest satisfaction by having the best available wines available in the resort.  Above all, your passion will show you enjoy this area of cuisine!
