Not quite the Executive Chef, but that's the next step up.  You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure high standards of work productivity and food preparation are maintained. You will assist with the training of all staff members and ensure all staff receive full training in their daily duties prior to any interaction with the guests. You will also assist with the development of the Demi Chef de Partie, Commis and Trainee Chef.  And you will develop / publish accurate mise en place lists according to level of business and guest reservations.
