As an experienced Chef, you will be expected to be able to maximise "cuisine resources" and at the same time produce great results.  You will have varied experience in most popular cuisines, be able to demonstrate proven capability in your area of specialty, and have experience in a reasonable sized kitchen environment. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the different international cuisines to be able to cater for the multi-national guests. 

 

You will have pride in your work, be able to work harmoniously in a multi-cultural team, and assist in ensuring that all food served to guests is a memorable experience.

 

You will need to have a good command of English and have excellent communication skills.
