You will take responsibility for your "station" within this busy kitchen.  Working closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef and Executive Chef you will ensure high standards of food are maintained and participate in all training within the Kitchen and Human Resources department. You will ensure that all mise en place lists are followed according to level of business and assist with the development of the Commis and Trainee Chef. You will also assist the Kitchen Team in ensuring the quality of food, presentation and hygiene meet the specified standards.
