As Demi Chef, you will take responsibility for a specific station in the kitchen and ensure that what you prepare is of the standard required to achieve total guest satisfaction.  The DC role is an ideal middle level role to learn the ropes more and gain the experience for higher levels of responsibility.  You will need to be passionate about the kitchen, love food preparation and what it stands for in the over all guest experience, and possess the highest possible standards of food preparation and hygiene.
