As Pastry Chef, your role is to prepare and present all deserts, pastries, and baked goods within the resort restaurant, ensuring the finest quality ingredients and recipes are used, high quality food is maintained, to achieve total guest satisfaction.  It is said that "food maketh the break" and your goal is for guests to talk about this aspect of their holiday long after they leave.  You will need some experience in a resort or quality hotel or restaurant.
