Your role is to run your team of Stewards and make sure that you deliver the highest possible standards of service.  You will ensure all kitchen areas are clean & hygienic and achieve a consistent high standard of cleanliness. You will assist the Chef in charge in achieving a consistently high standard of food production to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.  You will probably have worked from the kitchen floor up and know what makes a good kitchen work effectively.
