Reportng to the Chief Steward, you will step in when he/she's not there and make sure the team is funsctioning efficiently and effectively.  While the Cs is there, you'll be his/her right hand person to ensure the kitchen is run with precision and meeting the expectations of guests.  You will need to be experienced in this area of hospitality and have worked your way up to a position of responsibility in a reputable resort or hotel.
