Looking after guests is your mantra.  if it's serving fine wine, that's your goal - to make sure the guests are well catered for and receiving the highest standard of service as expected of a 4 Star resort.  If the kitchen is your choice, then you will be the busiest in the kitchen and ensure that all aspects of food  service reach the guests fast and efficiently.  You'll be responsible for helping maintain a hygienic and smooth running kitchen.
