Responsibility for four resorts plus owners other business interests.
The role will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for maintaining the financial functions of the Resort group including other development projects.
The position will involve:

Development of business plans including long term strategic financial plans, annual budgeting and forecasting

Evaluation of capital expenditures

Financial management including cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and income audit

Financial reporting

Liaison with the company auditors

Management of all control systems including treasury, purchasing, stores, credit management

Providing business advisory services to the management team
-
Leadership of the Finance Department including day to day management, development of policies and procedures, performance appraisals etc.
