This role is a key one for this group of resorts.  Whilst their business activities are clustered in a close Pacific "neighbourhood", the development of the business activities will ultimately extend beyond this tight geographical area.  With the Australasia-Pacific being the region you will have responsibility for, you will need to have an intimate knowledge of this territory and also know the hospitality sector back to front.  You will have developed excellent relationships with all the "feeders" into the resort industry, including travel groups, airlines, and Government entities.  You will have exceptional organisational and negotiation skills.  Degree qualifications and thorough knowledge of the hospitality sector are essential.
