You will be responsible for processing and paying the weekly and monthly payroll correctly and on time. Additionally your other responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll runs

• Uploading payroll data to the general ledger
• Reconcile and pay all deduction amounts, including PAYE on time.
• Maintain holiday pay, long service and sick pay records for all staff.
• Paying any special allowances
• Prepare & file all statutory returns.
• Maintain all payroll systems and employee records.
• Prepare management reports as required.
• Answer employee queries as they arise.
• Associated payroll duties as required from time to time.
• Month end payroll related accounts reconciliations

Do this successfully and everyone will love you!  Experience in payroll necessary - not necessarily in hospitality though.
