As Head Cashier, you must possess high quality customer service to provide customers with the best restaurant experience.  You will be responsible for managing guest bookings and overseeing the processing of payments. As well as strong supervisory experience, you must have excellent lateral thinking skills to manage and coordinate customer arrivals, bookings, table allocations and customer requests, as well as coordinating your team.  You will lead in a high performance team and report directly to the Restaurant Manager

 

Ideally, you will have some experience in the hospitality sector, and be prepared to work the flexible hours this type of role demands.  You will be systematic and methodical and have sound computer and point of sale experience.
