Reporting to the Procurement Manager and standing in, in his/her absence you will be responsible for assisting in optimising purchasing decisions to minimise surplus inventory stocks as well as monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of Specialist inventory control and reporting system.

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience with purchasing and with stock control within the hospitality sector, and preferably in a 4 or 5 star resort or hotel.  You will also have strong organisational, computer and interpersonal skills.
