Your responsibilities will be to assist with all required support of the resort’s systems.  You will be knowledgable in all aspects of desktop, network and MS applications support and be proficient in maintaining the systems that support users.  You will also provide user support as required, especially Microsoft Office applications.  Your key responsibilities will be to support the management and maintenance of the resort's IT infrastructure, ensuring that all IT users are able to operate proficiently. 

You will need to be a self-motivated, reliable and experienced professional with a strong, sound business and commercial acumen.  Your passion for customer satisfaction will be second to none, with a commitment to delivering results and a proven history for exceeding expectations.  You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will also have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects, accomplished at delivering maximum results with minimum hassle.  Expereince in the hospitality industry would be helpful due to the uniqueness and complexities of some of the industry systems.

Most likely you will be a recent graduate looking to step up from a basic role.
