You'll need to be up-to-date with the latest technological advances.  Experience in database applications environment including SQL, Access, CRM , or similar.  Ideally you will have experience in the hospitality sector with booking and reservation systems, perhaps even financial databases.  .net and Coldfusion experience would be helpful for web based applications.
