Your role is to assist the HR Manager to make the people side excell. People are the essential ingredient of the resort and part of your role is to assist in identifying and recruiting top people for the resort.
As well as the standard HR functions, including recruitment at all levels, you will be responsible for assisting with the training and development function within the resort to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of guest satisfaction. You will also be involved with Career Expos and maintain relationships with international tourism and hospitality institutes. You will require experience as either an HR Advisor or at a similar level and have at a minimum a Diploma in HR.
