The General Manager's objective is to successfully run and maintain this group of Resorts so that it is at a four star plus standard. You will be in charge of and responsible for the overall operations of the Resorts.  Your direct reports will be the resort managers, who will maintain the day-today operations. Your strong leadership skills, and thorough knowledge of the hospitality sector will ensure your team achieves the highest level outcomes and experiences for guests.

Remuneration is based on experience and will include a bonus component, assistance with relocation after a qualifying period, contract completion bonus, and additional benefits.
