Responsibilities are to direct and oversee the operations of the maintenance within all areas of the resort. You will ensure that all maintenance is done to an excellent standard and you will also ensure excellent performance of all maintenance personnel, and provide training where necessary.  Experience in looking after a similar type of operation or a multi-faceted group of buildings, such as an educational or hospital complex, would be desirable.
