This role requires a suitably qualified mechanic with a proven supervisory background.  To perform and succeed you will need to possess good technical knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical), be instrumental in managing programme maintenance repairs, administer the supply agreements with suppliers for parts and services. 

You will supervise the auto maintenance workshop activities, purchases and procedures by creating vehicle maintenance protocol, service logs, and records for all areas of service with maintenance procedures, requirements and policies. You will arrange for off site maintenance or repairs when required.

Relevant staff management experience and a proven trade background within NZ or Australia is critical for this position, along with physical fitness and the ability to work in a tropical climate.
