As a trade qualified Painter, you will be looking to manage the function through leading a team of qualified and dedicated trade staff.  You will want to ensure that the interior and exterior presentation of this International Resort is akin to the pristine brand of the hotel.  You will be instrumental in co-ordinating planned maintenance work and repairs with a minimal amount of inconvenience to the Guests.  Experience with working with contract building services could be advantageous, as would having worked within the hospitality, aged care or residential facility.
