As Executive Assistant Manager, you will have an overview of the whole resort and be the GM's right hand person.  Whilst each Manager will have their own respective responsibility, you will be a key day-to-day liaison between each area and the management team.  It is likely that you will have had experience across many areas of either a hotel or a resort.  You will understand the importance of the experience from the moment someone makes a booking through to the arrival, the complete stay, and post the stay.  You will need strong organisational skills, be a very good communicator, and aspire to greater things within the resort environment.  Some form of tertiary qualification is desirable but essential is experience in the hospitality sector and relevant hospitality qualifications.
