Nature has created a fabulous range of plants that thrive in a tropical environment.  Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the Gardening crew (employees and contractors) enhance the tropical gardens and grounds, and is supported to create an environment that will encourage Guest enjoyment at the lush tropical Resort.  Liaising closely with the Head Gardener, you will be responsible to ensure planned development and maintenance work is carried out promptly, with minimal disturbance to the Guests and be able to demonstrate sound staff management experience through previous relevant gardening/landscape employment.  Due to the nature of the environment and type of work, you will need to be physical fit and capable of working outdoors in a tropical climate.
