This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and energetic Construction Manager to work on the development of an International Resort.  You will have a civil engineering tertiary qualification and solid proven experience on commercial projects (hospitality, healthcare, residential care facilities) within New Zealand, Australia or The Islands.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of all types of construction from new build to refurbish projects and be competent with facets of concrete, steel and timber construction.  To be successful in this position you will need to come from a trade background and have at least 15 years commercial construction experience at Site Management level.

You with have strong interpersonal and professional skills and experience dealing with Clients, and Multi-facets Design and Project Teams. You will be competent in working with cross cultural teams and can direct a project team in accordance with the requirements of the contract between the Main Contractor and Client. It is therefore critical you have strong quality reporting ability, possess excellent conflict resolution skills and place high value on the adherence to OSH guidelines in the field.
