Working as a Quantity Surveyor you will have the opportunity to grow your contractual and financial skills with these Tourism/Hotel projects.  You will have built your commercial structural project knowledge working on developments that may have included Resorts, Universities, Hospitals or Hotels with multi million dollar budgets.

You will have gained your knowledge of construction methods in either NZ or Australia, you will be experienced with taking projects through from conception to completion and will need to provide a comprehensive, accurate, timely and cost effective service to assist colleagues.

This role will require you to be tertiary qualified in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, demonstrate relevant cost management experience, be highly motivated, commercially and contractually astute.  You will be physically fit and it is essential that you will pass a medical check.
