For this role you will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering and relevant experience  in civil engineering construction; gained within NZ or Australia.

A significant part of that experience should have been on construction sites on commercial projects.  You will understand construction plans and specifications and development of construction methods the ensure quality control and compliance requirements. 

You will be able to build rapport easily with the people around you and create and maintain strong working relationships with contractors.  As with this type of role, you must be physically fit to work onsite and will be required to pass a medical check.
