It is likely your experience goes beyond just protecting the shoreline and surrounding maritime reserves.  It is likely you will have been involved in the design of maritime structures including ports, harbours, jetties, quay walls and other marine structures.  Experience in dredging, breakwaters, sea walls, marinas and coastal protection structures will be highly regarded as well.

Ideally you will have between 5 and 15 years experience in the design and construction of the above Maritime-related infrastructure and hold a recognised Civil or Structural tertiary qualification.

Being a lateral thinker with strong communication skills, you will be able to translate ideas into deliverable outcomes and have the ability to earn the respect and trust of others through uncompromising integrity and openness. You will be a confident, self-starter with natural leadership abilities and enjoy working closely with like-minded professionals who take a consultative approach.  Experience in a tropical type location would be highly advantageous due to the unique nature of the environment.
