Working in a tropical environment may appear the dream role, but it’s hard work and not a role for the feint hearted!  You must have experience in a similar role or have extensive experience within a similar industry and now be ready to step up to a leadership role. You will be an organiser, have excellent people management capabilities and very good communication skills.

So in summary, you must have previous experience, have good communication skills, be a team player and be able to lead by example.  You must be physically fit as you are expected to help on site with heavy lifting and getting your hands dirty.  On the “soft side”, you must have good time management and organisational skills and be able to take responsibility and accountability when necessary and be able to work to strict time lines
