As Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for any construction projects within this resort group in this very popular destination.  You will have past construction experience as either a Construction Manager or Senior Trades person and have experience in civil or structural construction. 

You will be required to oversee and document all relevant project activities and ensure that all projects comply with requirements set down in Approved Works Plans.  You will need to make sure that all contractors strictly comply with the resort guidelines, Quality Plans, Work Cover requirements and occupational health and safety procedures.  This role calls for excellent attention to detail, strong supervision skills and a dedicated commitment to completing high quality work. Successful applicants will be experienced in working independently and capable of preparing regular reports on project activities. 

A sound knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Occupational Health and Safety legislation is important.
