The experience the guests receive will stay with them forever.  Your role is to ensure that their experience is to their utmost satisfaction.  You will interface with most areas of the resort and most likely have experience across a broad spectrum of service areas of a resort or hotel group.  You will have responsibility for a team of professionals who you will guide the deliver outcomes beyond the expectations of guests.  From room service to relaxation in the pool, you will guarantee that the guest experience is not only memorable but at the top end of enjoyable.
